Frequently Asked Questions
What is longevity coaching?
A: Longevity coaching helps you build lasting health and fitness habits to improve strength, energy, and well-being as you age. At The Long Run, I combine science-based training, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies to help you thrive for decades, not just years.
Who is longevity coaching for?
A: My programs are designed for busy adults—often 30+, 40+, or 50+—who want to improve fitness, manage stress, sleep better, and feel stronger without extreme diets or gimmicks. If you want to improve your healthspan, you’re in the right place!
How is this different from personal training?
A: Personal training focuses mainly on workouts. Longevity coaching takes a holistic approach, including exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and habit-building for long-term results.
Do I need to live in New York City to work with you?
A: No! My coaching is primarily virtual, so I can work with clients anywhere. In-person options in NYC may be available in the future.
What kinds of results can I expect?
A: While results vary, many clients experience improved energy, better sleep, increased strength, and healthier body composition within 8–12 weeks.
How do I get started?
Q6: How do I get started?
A: Simply fill out my onboarding questionnaire and schedule an appointment! Or you can also schedule a FREE 30-min consult. ’ll create a personalized plan based on your goals, lifestyle, and health needs.
What else should I know?
A: I am not a medical professional so you should not delay in seeking medical advice for any medical issues you might have. You should also make sure you are medically cleared to participate in any exercise program we discuss. Lastly, I encourage you (and everyone!) to get at least an annual medical check-up that includes blood work.
